ABOUT THE DALLAS PETROLEUM CLUB
The members' abiding affection for the club is reflected in the paintings, sculpture, and books they have donated to the club over the years. The Club's public rooms are adorned with works by artists whom are highly sought after for public and private showings.
The library's book collection in the 39th floor lounge continues to grow, and contains more than 1000 volumes focusing on the history of Texas oil, art, antiques and the great South.
The pursuit of excellence at the Dallas Petroleum Club is nowhere more apparent than in the preparation and presentation of its cuisine. The Dallas Petroleum Club's kitchen offers both traditional and global fare, all prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients.
Our Chefs insist on the freshest seasonal vegetables the market will yield. All meat items are hand selected. Beef, which is USDA House Prime, or USDA Certified Prime, is carefully aged on the premises, as are lamb, veal and game. Fresh, line caught fish is flown in daily, and entrees change daily to capitalize on seasonal availability.
Lunch is served in three a la carte dining rooms. Members have the choice of exquisite fine dining or an impressive casual buffet with soups, salads, fruits, multiple entrees and hand carved slow roasted prime ribs of beef.
